Refunds and Returns:

At Die Weiveld Slaghuis, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours) if you are not entirely satisfied. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our high-quality standards, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund upon evaluation of the product. Please provide a photo of the item as well as the order number and date of delivery. We may also ask you to provide additional information to help us improve our quality control processes.

Please note:

We do not offer returns or refunds for products that have been consumed or used in any way
We may require that the item(s) in question be returned to us before issuing a refund or replacement
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or refunds in cases where we believe the policy is being abused
